In an Iterable project, create an API key as described in API Keys. Choose a key type and permissions appropriate for your use case and data center. Keys are project-specific and USDC keys work with https://api.iterable.com, while EDC keys work with https://api.eu.iterable.com.

Create an API key with JWT authentication enabled per API Keys, then on your server generate a per-user JWT as described in JWT-Enabled API Keys. The JWT must be signed with the API key's shared secret and sent as a Bearer token for requests that use the JWT-enabled key.
