In the Hoplite web app, go to Settings → Workspace → API keys and create a key for your workspace. For unattended integrations you can instead create a service account via the API reference and use its key. Hoplite shows the full hop_... key only when it is created. The same key works as Authorization: Bearer hop_... or X-Api-Key: hop_.... For CLI/MCP automation, keep it in HOPLITE_API_KEY rather than committing it to config files.
