Gorgias is an ecommerce customer support and conversational AI platform that unifies helpdesk channels such as email, chat, voice, SMS, and social messaging. It lets merchants manage support operations, automation, analytics, and app integrations from a tenant-specific Gorgias account.
Gorgias exposes a tenant-scoped REST API on `https://{domain}.gorgias.com/api` authenticated by either HTTP Basic with a user API key or OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens, plus a remote MCP server at `https://mcp.gorgias.com/mcp` authenticated by browser-based Gorgias authorization.

In your Gorgias helpdesk, go to Settings → Account → REST API and create or copy the Password (API Key) shown there. Use it together with your Gorgias account email as HTTP Basic credentials against your helpdesk's base API URL. See Access your Gorgias REST API credentials and Access Tokens (API Keys).
Point your MCP client at the server URL and approve access in the browser. The server supports OAuth Dynamic Client Registration (RFC 7591), so the client registers itself automatically — no developer-portal app, client_id, or client_secret to create.
