In Front, go to Settings → Company → Developers / API tokens as an admin and create an API token. Front documents token creation and revocation in API tokens. Use the token as a Bearer token in the Authorization header.

Create a Front developer app in Settings → Company → Developers → Create app, then add the OAuth feature and obtain the app's client_id and client_secret as described in Create, manage, and publish apps and OAuth. Configure redirect URLs and the needed scopes/resources for your integration. The resulting OAuth flow yields Bearer access tokens for Front APIs.
