The legacy v1 docs say to email hello@frankiefinancial.com for a Customer ID and sandbox api_key; the current v2 auth docs describe that FrankieOne allocates a CustomerID, optional ChildID, and an API Key tied to them. Start from the Authentication and API introduction docs, then work with FrankieOne to get sandbox/UAT/production access.
