Create or use a Google Cloud project in the Google Cloud Console, enable the Firebase ML API for that project, then create OAuth 2.0 credentials from APIs & Services → Credentials. Obtain an access token using Google's OAuth 2.0 flow with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform scope. For server-to-server use, the easiest path is typically a service account configured in Google Cloud IAM and a client library or ADC flow that mints the bearer token.
