First obtain your Open Finance US partner credentials from your project in Mastercard Developers: Partner ID, Secret, and App Key. Then call the Partner Authentication API to exchange the Partner ID and Secret for an access token. The glossary states this token is valid for two hours.

Create or sign in to your Mastercard Developers account at Mastercard Developers, create an Open Finance US project, then open the project's Credentials section. The Quick Start Guide says you can click Sandbox there to view the sandbox Partner ID, Secret, and App Key. These are the credentials required to authenticate to Mastercard Open Finance US / Finicity APIs; the Partner ID and Secret are exchanged with the Partner Authentication API for a token, and requests also use the Finicity-App-Key header.
