Featurebase is a customer feedback and product communication platform with feedback boards, support inbox, changelogs, help center content, surveys, and user management. Teams use it to collect feedback, manage support conversations, publish updates, and maintain customer-facing documentation.
Featurebase exposes a hosted REST API at `https://do.featurebase.app/v2` authenticated with a Featurebase API key, plus a hosted MCP server installed from Featurebase settings using OAuth-based connector authorization.

In Featurebase, go to Settings → Developers → API, copy your API key, and store it securely. The Help Center notes this key is used for API requests and should never be exposed to end users. Use it as a bearer token in the Authorization header.
Go to Settings → MCP, choose the hosted Reader or Writer connector, and follow the install flow in your MCP client. Featurebase says setup uses OAuth and that you can revoke access later from your Featurebase account settings.
