An administrator creates the key in the Factorial UI. The developer docs say admins can go to Configuration → API → Create API KEY, and the API keys guide links to How to create API keys in Factorial. API keys are for internal company developments and have full access.

Authorization: Bearer <credential>

Create an OAuth application as an admin in the company OAuth applications repository: production OAuth applications for single-company client use, or demo OAuth applications for sandbox testing. For multi-company production partner integrations, Factorial says to request an official production OAuth application via the partner application form. After creating the app, use the documented OAuth 2 flow to get an access token; the token is then sent as Bearer in Authorization.
