To use the Neartime-hosted APIs, apply for a Neartime Service account via your Experian account team. The developer guides say clients must first obtain a Neartime Service account by talking with their Experian Account Manager, then complete account setup to receive a username and password for login plus identifiers used in requests such as SSO ID, client ID, and subscribed asset ID values.
