For the easiest path, authenticate with the Google Cloud CLI and let it provide credentials to Eventarc: run gcloud auth login for user credentials or gcloud auth application-default login for Application Default Credentials, as described in Authenticate to Eventarc. Service-to-service access can also use a Google Cloud service account credential via ADC per the same guide.
