Etherpad instance API key api_key discovered

$ pnpm run --filter bin <script>

On the Etherpad server, read the API key from the instance's APIKEY.txt file. The docs for operator tools state they "read the API key from APIKEY.txt" when talking to a running Etherpad over its HTTP API. For your own instance, install and run Etherpad, then use that generated key from your server filesystem. See the HTTP API docs and CLI docs.
