Create a key in the Daytona Dashboard: click Create Key, choose a name, expiration, and permissions, then copy the key. Use it as a bearer token in Authorization, or set DAYTONA_API_KEY for SDKs/CLI. The default API base URL is https://app.daytona.io/api.

Run daytona login, choose Login with Browser, and complete sign-in in the browser. The CLI stores the access token in config.json under the Daytona config directory; SDKs and tools can also use DAYTONA_JWT_TOKEN. JWT-authenticated API requests also require your organization ID via X-Daytona-Organization-ID or DAYTONA_ORGANIZATION_ID.

Get your organization ID from your Daytona account context and supply it only when authenticating API requests with a JWT token. Send it as X-Daytona-Organization-ID or set DAYTONA_ORGANIZATION_ID. This is not needed when using an API key.
