Use a Google Cloud account with the Cloud Data Fusion API enabled for your project. The easiest path is to install the Google Cloud CLI, then run `gcloud auth login` for user credentials or `gcloud auth application-default login` for application default credentials. For server-to-server access, create a service account in the Google Cloud Console, grant it the needed IAM roles for Cloud Data Fusion, and mint OAuth 2.0 access tokens with Google client libraries or gcloud.
