In the Contentful web app, open your target space, then go to Settings → API keys and create or view an API key for that space/environment. Use its delivery access token with the Content Delivery API. See Authentication and the Content Delivery API overview.
Create a personal access token in the Contentful web app at Account settings → API Tokens → Personal Access Tokens. The docs also describe generating a management token from Login via Settings > API keys > Content management tokens > Generate personal token.
