Create programmatic AWS credentials in Manage access keys for IAM users. You use the aws_access_key_id and aws_secret_access_key together; if you are using temporary credentials, include aws_session_token / X-Amz-Security-Token too. For the AWS CLI, put them in the shared credentials file or configure them via AWS CLI config and credential files.
