gcloud scheduler

Enable the Cloud Scheduler API in your Google Cloud project, then authenticate using Google Cloud credentials. The easiest path is to sign in with the Google Cloud CLI via `gcloud auth login` or set up Application Default Credentials. For service-to-service use, create a service account in Google Cloud Console IAM & Admin and supply its credentials through ADC. Cloud Scheduler methods require OAuth scopes such as https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-scheduler, as documented in the API reference.
