Use Google Cloud authentication to obtain an OAuth 2.0 access token for Google Cloud APIs. The easiest path for REST is to follow Authenticate with REST, for example by installing the gcloud CLI and running gcloud auth print-access-token, or by using a service account via Application Default Credentials.
