First get access to the Cloud Channel API: enroll as a Google Cloud Partner and obtain a Partner Sales Console. Then follow the initial API setup codelab: create a Google Cloud project, enable the Cloud Channel API, create a service account in Google Cloud Console, and authorize that service account for the reseller domain via domain-wide delegation as described in the codelab. Use the resulting Google-issued OAuth 2.0 access token from that service account to call the API.
