In the Google Cloud console, create or select a project, enable the Google Classroom API, configure the OAuth consent screen, then create an OAuth 2.0 Client ID under APIs & Services → Credentials. Use Classroom scopes documented in Choose Google Classroom API scopes. For server-to-server admin access, Google documents domain-wide delegation using a service account in the same Google Cloud project.
