Chronosphere provides an observability platform for metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, monitors, and related telemetry management. It also offers tooling for API, CLI, and MCP-based access to tenant data and platform configuration.
Chronosphere exposes a tenant-scoped REST Config API, a tenant-scoped Prometheus-compatible HTTP API, two remote MCP servers (tenant data and public docs), and the chronoctl CLI; all documented developer surfaces require authentication.

Create either a personal access token or a service account token in Chronosphere. Easiest user path: open My Account in the Observability Platform and follow Personal access tokens: click + Add Token, choose an expiration, click Generate Token, and copy the resulting token. For long-lived automation, create a service account from Service accounts; Chronosphere creates a non-expiring API token for that service account.
