In Builder, open your Space settings and copy the Public API Key as described in Using the Builder API Key. This key is intended for client-side or read-only integrations and is commonly sent as the apiKey query parameter to Builder's content endpoints on cdn.builder.io.

In Builder, create or copy a Private API Key for your Space as described in Using the Builder API Key. The docs note this key is server-side and grants write access; Upload API says creating one requires Developer or Admin permissions. Send it in the Authorization header for private/admin APIs.
