BlueConic is a customer data platform used to collect, unify, and act on customer profile, segment, interaction, and audit-event data. Its product documentation describes tenant-hosted REST APIs for accessing this data and managing application access.
BlueConic exposes two HTTP REST API surfaces: the current tenant-scoped REST API v2 using OAuth 2.0 bearer tokens, and a retired REST API v1 using OAuth 1.0a signed requests.

In BlueConic, go to Authorizing Applications: Granting external applications to access BlueConic and then in the product navigate to Settings > Access management > Applications. Click Add an application, choose either Authorization code flow or Client credentials flow, configure scopes and any IP allowlist, and save. BlueConic issues a client_id and client_secret when the application is saved; turn the application status ON before use.
For the retired v1 API, BlueConic assigns a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret to each consumer/application and requests must be signed with OAuth 1.0a using HMAC-SHA1 in the request headers. See BlueConic REST API v1. The article describes the credential pair and signing requirements, but the currently published page does not clearly document a current self-service minting screen for new v1 credentials because v1 is retired.
