Create an API account in the BigCommerce store control panel following API Accounts. For Storefront GraphQL tokens, first use an API account with the needed token-creation scope as described in Storefront API tokens. Use the resulting access token in X-Auth-Token for Admin REST calls and to mint storefront tokens.
Create a storefront API token via the Admin Authentication API as documented in Storefront API tokens and GraphQL Storefront API authentication. You need a BigCommerce API account with the appropriate token-creation scope, then call the token-creation endpoint for your store. Send the returned token in Authorization: Bearer ... to the storefront GraphQL API.
