Create a Google Cloud project and enable the Authorized Buyers Marketplace API. In Google Cloud Console service accounts, create a service account, then create and download a JSON key. Use the Google OAuth 2.0 service-account flow to mint an access token, and make sure the service account has access to your Authorized Buyers account as described in the Authorized Buyers Marketplace authentication guide and Google service account docs.
