$ hc auth login

Create an API key and then a token in Harness. For a personal token: go to your user profile in Harness, under My API Keys choose API Key, save it, then choose Token under that key and create a token. For service-account credentials, create a service account and its API key/token in Harness. See Manage API keys and Get started with Harness API.
