Use any standard Google Cloud auth flow that yields an access token for your project identity. The easiest paths in the docs are to sign into the CLI with `gcloud auth login` for user credentials, or set up Application Default Credentials / a service account for REST and client-library use from Authenticate for using REST. The App Engine Admin API requires one of the OAuth scopes https://www.googleapis.com/auth/appengine.admin, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform, or for some read-only methods https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform.read-only.
