For Apigee API and gcloud access, use a Google Cloud identity and authenticate with the Google Cloud CLI. The easiest path is to install the Google Cloud CLI and run `gcloud auth login` for a user account, or configure a service account with `gcloud auth activate-service-account`. The Apigee getting started docs state that the Apigee API supports OAuth 2.0 for user authentication and use gcloud credentials for examples.
