Use Google Cloud authentication to obtain an OAuth 2.0 access token for the Analytics Hub API. The easiest path for local development is Application Default Credentials: follow Set up Application Default Credentials or run `gcloud auth application-default login`. For user-driven CLI auth you can also use `gcloud auth login`.
